She finds a group of twelve neighbours in her postcode who want to share geothermal heating across three buildings.

UnitedPeoples connects them to a trusted contractor. Helps them design the project. Arranges the money — some from members, some from the city, some from lending.

Twelve months later: three buildings decarbonised. Households save money. The design is published so anyone else can copy it.

And a new leader is born.
